AdGuard Description
AdGuard is a privacy software company founded in 2009 whose products block ads, trackers and phishing sites. AdGuard Ad Blocker works as a browser extension and as standalone apps for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS that filter ads in browsers and other apps. AdGuard DNS filters unwanted domains for every device on a home or office connection, and AdGuard VPN hides the user's real location. Other tools include a temporary email service and parental controls. Licences cover several devices and can be bought as annual or lifetime plans. AdGuard publishes filter lists and some products are open source. For affiliates, AdGuard suits privacy and security blogs, tech tips content and software review sites. The official programme pays a share of each licence sale and its renewals, and offers an SDK for partners who want to resell under their own brand.
