Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or submit content. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Information on the site

We work to keep listings accurate, but commission terms are set by each company and can change at any time. Information is for general guidance only and is not financial, legal or tax advice. Check the official program terms before you join.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links and may earn us a commission. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how this works and how it does not affect listings.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Automated sign-ups are not allowed.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

Content you submit

• Only submit programs and content you have the right to share. Do not copy text or images from other sites.
• You keep ownership of what you submit. You give Affiliate-Watch Media a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, publish, edit, translate and display it as part of the directory and to promote the site.
• We may reject, edit or remove any submission, for example under the rules on our How we review page.

Not allowed

• Spam, misleading or fake information.
• Trying to manipulate views, clicks or rankings.
• Scraping or copying the directory, or using the site at a rate that affects other users.
• Uploading malware or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Attempts to break or bypass security.

Marketer profiles

• Use your own name or brand and your own photos. Do not pretend to be someone else.
• Statistics and results you show must be true and yours.
• Verification badges are given by our team after a manual check and can be removed if the details stop being accurate.
• Anyone can report a profile. We review reports and may edit, hide or remove a profile.

Our content

The site design, the AFFILIATE-WATCH name and logo, and the text we write belong to Affiliate-Watch Media. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Do not copy substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

Trademarks

Company names, logos and trademarks shown on program pages belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean the company endorses or partners with us.

Copyright and trademark complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@affiliate-watch.com with: the work or mark concerned, the exact page address, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Links to other sites

Program pages link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, products or payments. Your dealings with any affiliate program are between you and that company.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any income from any program.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Affiliate-Watch Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any affiliate program. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to USD 100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Your responsibility

You agree to cover Affiliate-Watch Media’s reasonable costs from claims by others caused by content you submitted or by your breach of these terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or stop parts of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Affiliate-Watch Media is organised, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will tell account holders before it takes effect. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
