Getida Description
Getida is a US company founded in 2015 that helps Amazon sellers recover money owed to them by Amazon. Its software audits Fulfilment by Amazon transactions to find discrepancies such as lost or damaged inventory in warehouses, customer returns that were refunded but never returned, overcharged fees and incorrect reimbursements, then its case managers file and follow up claims with Amazon on the seller's behalf. Getida charges a percentage of the money recovered rather than a subscription, so sellers pay only when funds are reimbursed. Additional services include inventory and fee analytics. It is used by FBA sellers of all sizes, especially those with large inventory volumes. For affiliates, Getida suits Amazon seller communities, ecommerce accounting content and FBA tool comparisons. The programme pays a share of Getida's recovery fees for the first year.
