Claap Description
Claap is a French company founded in 2021 that records and analyses sales conversations. It captures calls and meetings on Zoom, Google Meet and Teams, with or without a bot joining, transcribes them in many languages and produces AI summaries, action items and call scores. Claap then writes structured information such as deal stages, objections and next steps into CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, and makes the data available to AI assistants and agents. Managers use call libraries and coaching features to improve team performance, and deal views help forecast the pipeline. Claap began as an asynchronous video and screen recording tool and still supports recording for internal communication. For affiliates, Claap suits sales technology content, RevOps blogs and AI notetaker comparisons. The programme pays commission on payments for up to two years.
