CustomGPT Description
CustomGPT.ai is a US company founded in 2023 that lets businesses build AI agents trained on their own content. Organisations connect websites, documents, help centres, videos and other sources, and CustomGPT creates assistants that answer questions accurately with citations, aiming to reduce hallucinations by staying grounded in the provided material. Agents can be embedded on websites, used internally for employee knowledge, or connected to other tools through an API and integrations. The company focuses on business use cases such as customer support, membership associations, education and research, and case studies describe large numbers of queries handled and time saved. Security features suit enterprises. A free trial is available, with subscription plans. For affiliates, CustomGPT suits AI business tool reviews and customer support content. The official programme pays recurring commission for up to two years.
